An accomplished tax professional with more than 27 years of experience performing and managing essential tax administration functions and supporting related capacity building efforts. Served as head of Large Taxpayers division in Uganda, managing a team of over 90 staff and overseeing compliance for the country’s largest taxpayers.
Holds over 7 years’ experience in Technical Assistance and Domestic Revenue Mobilization (DRM) work through short term consulting roles with IMF and World Bank. Most recently, successfully spearheaded a key component in the USAID sponsored Domestic Revenue Mobilization for Development (DRM4D) pilot project in Uganda and currently serves as Revenue Administration specialist on a USAID sponsored revenue reform project in Uganda. He is the Tax leader at YM Partners.
